School Fees (2026/27)

Initia Nova Academy offers flexible, structured learning at clear and transparent rates.

Fees are divided into:

• Monthly tuition fees (per division)
• Registration & administration fees
• Curriculum / course fees (for access to learning platforms and programmes)

Monthly Tuition Fees (2026)

📌 Monthly tuition covers access to classroom teaching, facilitator support, and core academic guidance. Additional costs (like stationery, external exam fees, or extra murals) may apply.

Registration, Admin & Course Fees

In addition to monthly tuition, the following once-off and annual fees apply:

Initial Registration Fee

A once-off fee of R1000 is payable when a learner is first accepted into Initia Nova Academy.

This covers:

• Processing of the application
• Creation of the student profile & ID (Student ID System still under construction)
• Initial onboarding and admin set-up

Annual Re-Enrolment / Admin Fee

An annual fee of R1000 is payable by returning students each year.

This helps cover:

• Ongoing admin and records
• System updates and learning platform renewals
• Annual planning and academic placement reviews

Curriculum / Course Registration Fee

An annual curriculum fee R2600 that contributes towards:

• Registration on our digital learning platforms (e.g. Essential Education®, LMS Systems)
• Access to licensed content and course material
• Digital resources and blended-learning tools

Please note that this curriculum fee is only applicable to GED® students and not our MobyMax students. 

Billing, Invoices & Due Dates

To keep things clear and consistent:

• Invoices are issued on the 25th of each month for the upcoming month’s fees.
• Fees must be paid by the 4th of the month.
• Payments received after the 4th will automatically incur a 10% late penalty, added to that month’s invoice.

If you are struggling to meet a deadline, please contact the administration office as early as possible so that we can discuss possible arrangements.

Both parents / legal guardians remain jointly responsible for all school fees, as set out in the declaration section of the Application Pack.

Payment & Banking Details

Payment methods include:

• EFT / bank transfer
• Direct deposit

Banking details and reference instructions are provided on the invoice and in the Application Pack.Proof of payment should be emailed to the admin address listed on your invoice.

Refund Policy

Initia Nova Academy follows a no-refund policy on registration, admin, and monthly fees, except in very specific cases outlined in the Application Pack and enrolment agreement.For full terms regarding:
